Max P. Prince
Max Prince is a partner in the corporate/commercial practice group. His practice is heavily concentrated on commercial transactions involving personal property, corporate organization, and commercial/business-related financing.

Max has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and a Master’s degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University. Max obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1987 and has resided with his family in London, Ontario since articling at the firm in 1987. He was called to the Bar in 1989.
